Reppas Real Capital was founded by Lambros Reppas who has a long track record in the international real estate and financing business. The aim of the owner-managed company is to give institutional and private investors access to real estate and financing opportunities in the DACH region. Reppas Real Capital currently focuses on the “living” sector (residential, micro-living, serviced apartments, student housing and hotels).

Thanks to the owner's decades of experience in management positions for international fund and investment houses in this segment, we are able to enable deep market penetration of the real estate and financing markets. In addition to financial performance, the energy and social perspective of the investments is also of the utmost importance to us. We achieve this by developing and implementing clearly defined ESG strategies together with our customers.
