Reppas Real Capital – Team

Lambros Reppas has many years of in-depth experience in real estate, asset, and investment management, combined with international investment banking experience. As Managing Director, he founded Silvertip Capital Germany in Frankfurt am Main in 2022, which managed residential portfolios for international investors worth approximately €1 billion.

Previously, he was Managing Director at Corestate Capital, where, as European Head of Asset Management Micro Living & Residential, he very successfully shaped and managed the group-wide activities in the residential asset class since the beginning of 2019. He was a member of the Senior Leadership Team and the Operating Committee. Other positions in his career include AXA Investment Managers, INOVALIS Group, SVP Global, and HOIST Finance, where, in addition to asset and portfolio management activities, he was responsible for successful national and international transactions worth billions for various mandates.
