Reppa's Real Capital team

Lambros Reppas has several years of in-depth real estate/asset and investment management experience, coupled with international investment banking experience. As Managing Director, he set up the company Silvertip Capital Germany in Frankfurt am Main in 2022, which managed residential portfolios for international investors worth around 1 billion euros.

He previously worked as Managing Director at Corestate Capital, where, as European Head of Asset Management Micro Living & Residential, he very successfully shaped and controlled the group-wide activities in the Living asset class since the beginning of 2019. He was a member of the Senior Leadership Team and the Operating Committee. Further stations in his career included AXA Investment Managers, INOVALIS Group, SVP Global and HOIST Finance, where, in addition to asset and portfolio management activities, he was responsible for successful national and international transactions worth billions for various mandates.
